The Surface Transportation Board announced today that Board member Patrick J. Fuchs has been designated as the agency’s Vice Chairman. Mr. Fuchs was sworn in as a Board member on January 17, 2019.

The Board’s Vice chairmanship rotates among the Members on an annual basis.
