SPEAKERS' SCHEDULE FOR AUGUST 2 HEARING ON PROPOSED RULES TO INCREASE USE OF MEDIATION & ARBITRATION
The Surface Transportation Board (Board) today announced a schedule of speakers' appearances and their time allocations for the August 2, 2012
public hearing on the agency's proposed rules to increase the use of mediation and arbitration
for the resolution of certain matters.
The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Board's Hearing Room on the first floor of the agency's headquarters at Patriots Plaza I, 395 E Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. The hearing will be webcast on the agency's website,
