SURFACE TRANSPORTATION BOARD ISSUES REVENUE SHORTFALL ALLOCATION METHOD CALCULATION FOR 2005


The Surface Transportation Board announced today that its Office of Economics, Environmental Analysis, and Administration has issued the Revenue Shortfall Allocation Method (RSAM) calculation for 2005. Parties wishing to review the workpapers supporting the decision should call Paul Aguiar at 202-245-0323.

The decision in the proceeding entitled Rate Guidelines – Non-coal Proceedings, STB Ex Parte No. 347 (Sub-No. 2) is available for viewing and downloading via the Board's Web site at http://www.stb.dot.gov, under "E-Library," then under "Decisions & Notices," beneath the date "12/11/07."
