Sea-Land Service, Inc., American President Lines, Ltd., and Matson Navigation Company, Inc., STB Docket No. WCC-101.

The STB will hold the oral argument at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 16, 2005, in Room 760, the agency's hearing room, on the 7th Floor of the agency's headquarters in the Mercury Building, 1925 K Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.

This proceeding involves a complaint filed with the STB by the Government of the Territory of Guam challenging the reasonableness of the rates, rules, classifications and practices for transportation provided by Sea-Land Service, Inc., now known as Horizon Lines, LLC; and Matson Navigation Company, Inc., in the noncontiguous domestic trade (transportation between or among points in the United States mainland and points in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories or possessions). The complaint also seeks damages.
