Public & Media Advisory: Surface Transportation Board Provides Schedule of Appearances for May 11 Oral Argument in 2 Pipeline Cases

Surface Transportation Board Chairman Roger Nober today provided a schedule of speakers' appearances and their time allocations for the STB's May 11, 2005 oral argument in two pending pipeline matters: CF Industries Inc. v. Kaneb Pipe Line Partners, L.P. and Kaneb Pipe Line Operating Partnership, L.P., STB Docket No. 42084, and Dyno Nobel Inc. v. Kaneb Pipe Line Partners, L.P., STB Docket No. 42081.

The oral argument will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11, in Room 760, the STB's hearing room, on the 7th Floor of the agency's headquarters in the Mercury Building, 1925 K Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.

The schedule of speakers' appearances and time allocations was provided in a decision issued to the public today, May 9, 2005, in STB Docket No. 42084 and STB Docket No. 42081. That decision is available for viewing and downloading via the agency's Web site at http://www.stb.dot.gov.
