SCHEDULE OF APPEARANCES

The schedule of speakers' appearances and time allocations (subject to slight change as the situation warrants) is attached. The STB requests that speakers not orally present written submissions filed earlier but, rather, briefly summarize those submissions, augment their content as seen fit, and be prepared to answer questions.

The STB provided the schedule of speakers in its "Decision No. 6" issued today in STB Finance Docket No. 34424. That decision is available for viewing and downloading via the STB's Web site at http://www.stb.dot.gov.
