The Surface Transportation Board today provided a schedule of speakers' appearances and their time allocations for the Board's
April 30, 2009
public hearing to examine issues related to the Uniform Railroad Costing System (URCS) used by the Board to determine a railroad's variable costs in a variety of regulatory proceedings.

The Board announced the hearing by an official notice issued to the public on April 6, 2009, published in the April 10, 2009
