Surface Transportation Board Cancels February 10 Oral Argument in "Guam" v. "Sea-Land," "American President Lines," & "Matson Navigation" Proceeding

Surface Transportation Board Chairman Roger Nober announced today that the February 10, 2005 oral argument scheduled in the proceeding entitled Government of the Territory of Guam v. Sea-Land Service, Inc., American President Lines, Ltd., and Matson Navigation Company, Inc., STB Docket No. WCC-101, has been canceled.

In the decision issued today, the Board also ordered that this proceeding will be held in abeyance.

Today's "Decision" in STB Docket No. WCC-101 is available for viewing and downloading via the agency's Web site at http://www.stb.dot.gov.
