A Study of Competition in the U.S. Freight Railroad Industry and Analysis of Proposals that Might Enhance Competition
, an independent study prepared for the Board by Christensen Associates, Inc.
The study was released by the Board on November 3, 2008, and the Board held a public meeting today to discuss the study with Christensen representatives. Interested persons are invited to submit written comments on the study to the Board. Comments may be submitted in traditional paper form by submitting an original and 10 copies to "
