SURFACE TRANSPORTATION BOARD

The Board announced that its staff will hold a technical conference concerning a new approach its Office of Economics has developed for possible use in considering class exemption and revocation issues.  The technical conference will be held virtually via Zoom on December 18, 2020, at 10:00 AM ET.

During the technical conference, Board staff will provide a presentation on the proposed approach and answer technical questions submitted in advance of the conference.  The technical conference will be recorded, and a link to the recording will be made available on the Board’s website.

Registration:  Registration is available on the Board’s website here.  Participants should register by December 11, 2020, and will be asked to provide their name, organization, and position.  Registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis.
